Important reminder: The US Postal Service is experiencing delays in their deliveries, so please let us know if you intend to play in this tournament. Team lists for tournament are published on the tournament pages at the entry deadline. If your team is not listed, please call immediately. Teams are not officially entered until payment is received.
Refund policy: Entry Fees are non-refundable after the deadline. Full refunds are given to teams withdrawing BEFORE the deadline. NO refunds are given after the deadline.
Note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level.
This is a "Ring Award" Tournament.
Five games minimum initially scheduled (not "guaranteed"), with Round Robin into Double Elimination or Three-Game-Guarantee brackets or other acceptable tourney formats.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Many tournaments are filling up, so it is very important that teams send us a list of all tournaments they plan to attend. We check with teams on the list that have not yet paid when the tournament fills. Teams can drop at that time with no penalty.

Managers & Players:
The night before each session, a Registration / Reception will kick off each of the 4 sessions of the World Championships. The managers will be able to check in – and players are welcome to see the top, new softball products from several vendors and buy tournament merchandise.
Each reception will be at Boulder Station Hotel & Casino in the Railhead Room at 6-7p.m. on the following dates. A no harm, no foul, pre-tournament bat check will be held during the receptions:
Session 1 - Wednesday, Sept. 16;
Session 2 - Sunday, Sept. 20;
Session 3 - Thursday, Sept. 24;
Session 4 - Wednesday, Sept 30.
Women’s 50-60+ managers will meet Thursday, Oct. 1 at 5pm in the Chardonnay Room of Boulder Station.
The International Co-Ed managers will meet Friday, Oct. 2 at 5pm in the Chardonnay Room of Boulder Station.
Special Events:
The Fifth Annual 90s Game will be at Big League Dreams on Monday, Sept. 21 at 11:30am and pits the oldest players in the sport from the East against the Elders of the West.
Before the 90s Game, 6 inspiring individuals will be inducted into the National and SSUSA Hall of Fame at 10am at Big League Dreams. The following are being inducted into the National Senior Softball Hall of Fame:

The following are being inducted into the Senior Softball USA Hall of Fame:

- Mark Jackson, Special Category, FL
The Scrap Iron Softball Club of Colorado will also be inducted into the SSUSA Hall of Fame as an Organization.
Senior Softball USA will present its top award of the year – the Steve Simmons Memorial Sportsmanship Award to the 90s Division. The 90s division was created in 2022, designed to highlight the elder statemen of the sport. This award represents the best of the sport: games played with inspiring sportsmanship on and off the field.
