Note: The tournament director reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level.

Note: DO NOT call SSUSA to enter. Contact Rick Seifman who will send a team list to the SSUSA office. SSUSA will not enter you into the tournament directly.
