Important reminder: The US Postal Service is experiencing delays in their deliveries, so please let us know if you intend to play in this tournament. Team lists for tournament are published on the tournament pages at the entry deadline. If your team is not listed, please call immediately. Teams are not officially entered until payment is received.

Refund policy: Entry Fees are non-refundable after the deadline. Full refunds are given to teams withdrawing BEFORE the deadline. NO refunds are given after the deadline.

Tournament Format

Note: The tournament director reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level.

Teams can play exhibition if they wish.

2026 STPA and SSUSA rules will govern tournament play.

Four (4) games minimum initially scheduled (not "guaranteed"), with Round Robin and/or Double Elimination brackets or other acceptable tourney formats.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Many tournaments are filling up, so it is very important that teams send us a list of all tournaments they plan to attend. We check with teams on the list that have not yet paid when the tournament fills. Teams can drop at that time with no penalty.
