Hawaii island, like the other islands, have different protocols for entering their island.
The mandatory 14-day quarantine for all out-of-state travelers remains in effect.
The 14th Emergency Proclamation that was signed on Oct. 13, continues this requirement, which has been in place since March 26.
Beginning Oct. 15, passengers who successfully complete a pre-travel test, and any County order related to travel, will not be subject to the State's 14-day quarantine program.
The tournament is tentatively scheduled to take place on a scaled down version (no parties), as long as travel restrictions are lifted and hotels open up.
*Pre-travel requirements are constantly changing. Players need to check with Hawaii county for approved testing, quarantines, or other restrictions.
