Team lists for tournament are published on the tournament pages at the entry deadline. If your team is not listed, please call immediately. Teams are not officially entered until payment is received.
Refund policy: Entry Fees are non-refundable after the deadline. Full refunds are given to teams withdrawing BEFORE the deadline. NO refunds are given after the deadline.

No warm ups permitted on the turf or grass fields due to maintenance staff setting up for youth league play on Friday and youth leagues running on Saturday/Sunday.

Manager Meeting
Manager meeting will be held at the headquarter hotel, Cambria Suites, on Thursday, August 23rd. Check-in at 6:00 pm, meeting will begin at 7:00 pm.
NOTE: Managers who do NOT attend the meeting will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting. Tournament rosters are “frozen” as of the first pitch of the first game for each team. New players MUST be added as of the Managers Meeting. NO on-site NEW player additions are allowed. No Exceptions. Managers who do not attend Manager Meeting, and do not send a representative, MUST check-in with Field Director before they are allowed to play.
