Note: The tournament director reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level.

Three game guarantee

Tournament entry fee includes:
- Six game balls
- 2017 registration card / renewal for all 40's players
- Does not apply to 40's players that are already registered for 2017
