Manager Meeting

Manager meetings will be held at CasaBlanca Resort & Casino.

Session 1 (65's through 85's divisions) - Monday, March 20th at the Events Center (Big White Tent): Check-in begins at 6:00 pm and the meeting will begin at 7:00 pm.

Session 2 (50's through 60's divisions) - Thursday, March 23rd at the Events Center (Big White Tent): Check-in begins at 6:00 pm and the meeting will begin at 7:00 pm.

NOTE: Managers who do NOT attend the meeting will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting. Tournament rosters are “frozen” as of the first pitch of the first game for each team. New players MUST be added as of the Managers Meeting. NO on-site NEW player additions are allowed.  No Exceptions. Managers who do not attend Manager Meeting, and do not send a representative, MUST check-in with Field Director before they are allowed to play.
