In the embryonic stages of contemplating a move to the Fairfield Glade area in Tennessee. Located roughly 75 mi west of Knoxville and 100 plus east of Nashville.

taits, not necessarily true. You will only get taxed if you are a high earner and sell your home at a substantial profit that exceeds the $250,000 (single) or $500,000 (married) exclusion.
