Ron, the deadline for submissions was yesterday. I expect there will be the usual late submissions and then SPA will start putting the brackets together. I suspect we won't have anything until late next week at the earliest.
Who are you playing with in the 60s? I'll be with the Texas Makules 60 Major team.
Good luck and hope to see you in Dalton.

Looking foward to a great time. Take it easy on our league team. We won 60M last year in PHX when over the limit homeruns were outs but with 12 and then walks I don't but we will play hard and make some new friends.

Even though they say the deadline is July 6 - a week ago - they always allow more time for stragglers?? It would be nice to have game times AS WELL AS bracket times well before we play like SSUSA does. SPA is not good with communications; they put out nothing relative to game times, etc. on their web site or anything that can be printed and kept for reference. I would like to have game times for some of the other divisions so I can see some of my friends on teams from other parts of the country play and have a chance to visit with them.

I heard the hold-up was waiting for a few teams to get the entry fee in...didn't want to figure them in the schedule and then find out they weren't coming or not include them in the schedule and then receive their entry fee.

If they put out the schedule Monday, that should still give you ample time to know when you are playing and against whom.

Last I heard there were SEVEN 60's MAJORS; FOUR 60's MAJOR PLUS; SIXTEEN 50's MAJORS only TWO 55 MAJOR PLUS; EIGHT 55 MAJORS and THREE 55 MAJOR PLUS.

With 40 teams it should be a good tournament.

You are right, there are four 50 Major Plus teams. The list I saw had OKI listed as a Major, should have been Major Plus.
