TEAM Classiications
Staff... is there a reason why you have teams listed on your current ratings list, that are not
current and/or no longer in existance? For example, I have two teams on your 50's list that are
not in existance... Powerline/ Miken and Fan Grabber 50's. Maybe I'm a little neurotic but, wouldn't
you guys want your information on your website to be as precise as possible? I am sure there are no
hidden reasons or intentional misrepresentation here, but I look to your site often and would like
to know a more realistic view of my competitors.
Maybe you could have a list of teams that are currently registered for 2012, you think?
I'm sure George has some spare time on his hands, give him the project.
Thanks, in advance.
John.

There are a lot more teams that don't exist anymore than the two you listed, Johnny!

I agree with both of you. It would be nice to have a current list of active teams for the current season. Just like there is a list of tournaments for each year. I have checked in the past, and 5%-7% of the teams listed either do not exist, moved to the next age level, or are listed twice. That is not counting the Eastern teams, that I am not all aware of their status. Heck, my last 2 teams do not exist. Double Edge has not played since October 2010. My team before that, Double Nickels, has not played for almost 3 years.

My personal reason for knowing the current staus of teams is to decide whether or not to move up to the next age group or division or both. If there are not a lot of teams to play, then why bother. Nothing worse than playing the same teams over and over, or the best 2 out of 3 after playing 3 meaningless seeding games and paying a lot money to do so. My time is worth a lot to me too.

Just my opinions,

Jaywood and Andy,
Thanks for your responses. I know Dave's just waiting til he cools down
before responding. With all the stuff he has on his plate, he would be
the likely candidate should they do any updating.
I've had a few coaches call me and we all agree it's at least 30%.
We'll see, huh. Or, we won't.
Regards.
Johnny.

There is a lot on Dave's plate. My comment was not to "rag" on him ... he does a GREAT job!
