Discussion: Team Change

If a player plays one qualifying tournament and then the team decides not to go to Vegas is that player allowed to play in Eastern Nationals with another team?
From my understanding, the player must be released from the roster and then play at least one qualifying tourney with the team he wants to go to Vegas with.
I would def call the Home Office on West Coast time with specifics rather than work off answers here.

That said, John is correct, you would need to get a release from your original team first before you can do anything. Once that release is secured, then the question becomes are you trying to play in the same age/division as your original team that qualified (50AAA or 60M, etc). There's a few variables that come into play which is why a 5 minute call to the HO will get you all the correct answers. Good luck!
