Discussion: Seeding Question

So,3 teams are undefeated.

Team 1 - 2 and 0
Team 2 - 2 and 0 (two wins by forfeit)
Team 3 - 2 and 0 (one win by forfeit)

So who is the one seed? Evidently, here is Texas the one seed is a team who didn't play a single game.

Also, how can someone forfeit 3 games on Friday ( 2 pool play and first game of 3 gg) and be allowed to play Saturday.

Can someone please explain?
No team received two forfeits in seeding games. That statement is false. Separately, the bracket forfeit for the team that did not play its seeding games was a result of SSUSA rules: “… teams not playing one or more round-robin, or seeding game, will be seeded last in the elimination bracket and will receive an automatic loss in that game, forcing them to the loser's bracket….”That is the rule that was enforced.
