Discussion: 2 rosters at the same time

can a player say be on a 65 team in one region and also be on a 65 team in another region without any detriment to either team,as long as the teams are not playing in the same tournament....
Pretty sure that's a hard "NO"!
FTP is correct ... A player may NOT be on two rosters in the same age division simultaneously ... He may leave Team "A" by being released and go to Team "B" if he is otherwise eligible as to residency and rating level experience ... After that release, he may not return to Team "A" for the remainder of the current season ... EXCEPTION: He may play on two teams if he has a valid "snowbird" card for the current season, but must declare exclusively for one team or the other in any event where both teams enter (Eastern/Western Nationals or World Championships) ...
