Discussion: Roster Eligibility
I was in a discussion the other day about being able to be on 2 Rosters in the same age group. Such as can you be on a 60's Major roster one tournament and go play in another tournament for a 60' AAA.....I am under the impression that you can't be on 2 rosters within the same age group. Anyone have any input......
A player can only play on a team in the same or equivalent skill level when playing in two age divisions. EXAMPLE: A player on a 55-Major division team cannot play on a 50-AA division team unless the 50-AA team has an
approved “out-of-rating” roster exemption available. (See also §4.2(1)B.)
Obad2019 that we understand, our difference is that I say you can't play in two different classifications (60-Major & 60-AAA) the other person says you can....
243570 ... You are correct ... A player may NOT be on two rosters in the same age division simultaneously ... He may leave Team "A" by being released and go to Team "B" if he is otherwise eligible as to residency and rating level experience ... After that release, he may not return to Team "A" for the remainder of the current season ... You guys are talking "apples and oranges" ... Your original post was about horizontal rostering in the same age group, and he is typing about vertical rostering between two age groups ...
