When can we see the info for this please and thank you
Don't ask again... This message will get deleted...! Should have been out weeks ago... But oh well!!!!
I removed the thread because of the cumulative total of insult posts exceeded the threshold for acceptable content in our house ... And that came to a head on a day where my patience was really thin because we lost a player at Cheyenne Park to a fatal cardiac incident which is a much higher priority ... The 40's weekend was as complex as we ever have scheduled, and it was finally put to bed today ... The 50's is much more straight-forward and next in the batting order ...
Dave,
Thank you for your response. While losing a life is never easy, one comforting thought is that this individual was able to leave this world doing something they loved. My prayers are with all those affected
On another note, with a tournament of this size, unexpected events are always possible. This is exactly why having the brackets finalized for all sessions ahead of time would be so valuable. It would reduce unnecessary stress not only for you but also for the players—most of whom are traveling and need time to organize their agendas. Saying “just be ready to play Thursday at 8am” is much easier said than done. Many of us aren’t retired or able to take unlimited time off. Saving even one day can make a significant financial difference.
Running a tournament like this is no small task, and I appreciate the effort involved. That said, I struggle to understand why the process continues to be handled in such an “old school” manner. When information has been available for weeks, it creates frustration to then be met with arrogance when people ask for updates. Please consider either bringing in additional help or leveraging technology so the experience can be less stressful for everyone involved.
Thank you for taking this into consideration.

Of course you are anonymous in your profile.
I'm guessing you have never ran a tournament or been in charge of scheduling. The mere fact you got the schedule 2 weeks in advance you should be thankful.
Most tourneys you get the schedule 2 or 3 days before the event.
Dave schedules I'll bet close to a 1000 games for Vegas worlds. He rarely makes any mistakes and if he does he fixes them immediately.
If he put the schedule out sooner he would get 500 phone calls or messages from teams wanting special treatment for whatever stupid reasons they could come up with.
Instead of complaining, asking the man to hire more help why dont you volunteer to run your own vegas worlds and see how many teams you can get to come and play? That way you can put the schedule out months before your event. Every year the same people like yourself complain about when the schedule will be out and it's always people with no name in their profile.
Hope your team does well.
