For the staff. I started a new team for 2025 season. I recruited one Major+, eight Majors, and five AAA players. During Aug/Sep 2024 SSUSA verified these individual ratings and assigned us a team rating of Major. Lets say we get lucky and run the tables and win Vegas. What month will you elevate the team rating to Major+? What month will the individual players have their ratings elevated? Will the five AAA players individual rating also be elevated to Major+? Thank you

From everything I'm told essentially player rankings don't really exist in black and white. The player ranking is based on what team they are playing for. If you're starting out your player ranking in AAA as long as you play for that team. If you jump up and play for a Major team then your ranking then becomes Major. You player ranking will be based on the level of the team you're playing on/played on. Unless youre a Major+ player then drop down as one of the 3 chips, you will still carry that Major+ ranking for 2 years from leaving the Major+ team. If you stay with the Major team after 2 full seasons your ranking will then be Major.
As for the AAA players once they play on a Major team they are then considered Major players. I don't know exactly how many tourneys a AAA player must play on a Major team before that happens though. I've heard it only takes 1 tourney but have honestly seen it both way, not always enforced the same for everyone. Assuming some slip through the cracks.

To answer one of your questions, if you get bumped to Major Plus, everyone on that roster becomes Major Plaus.
