How can I retrieve my updated player card? Last year I paid for the two year renewal.
Des ... If you paid for a two-year renewal last year, there is no "new card" to retrieve ... It's the same e-card (or plastic physical card) you were sent ... You're good until the expiration shown on the lower left corner of the card ...
