Can anyone send me a link to the page(s) of the SSUSA rule book that cover the mercy rules? I'm trying to understand whether mercy rules (e.g 20 runs after 4 innings, 15 after 5, 10 after 6) are standard in all SSUSA tournaments, or whether they are allowed to vary from one tournament to the next (presumably at the discretion of the Tournament Director). It is rule 5.5(3) on page 30 of the rule book. Go to the tournament tab and click on the rules tab in the drop down menu. You will be able to open a pdf of the rule book once you are on that page.
