There would be a lot more teams if it hadn’t been scheduled right after Reno!

I don't know if there are additional parks in the ABQ metro area, but we would have needed them if more teams came on the weekend. S2 requires 124 games to complete and we have 125 available game slots.
8am first games and 8pm last games on Friday & Saturday.
8am first games and 5pm "IF" games on Sunday.

Good luck to all teams-

The Regional Sports Complex is awesome, turf fields, concessions, bar upstairs. but unless senior softball picked up the cost of mobile fences this complex will never work for seniors. The fields are 330 left and right field, about 345 left and right center and 390 straight center. Built for baseball.
We just played there this past weekend in the IBEW and was told the temporary fences are $1400.00 per field, $700.00 each to put up and take down.

We used safety cones to mark 300' and played anything hit past the cones was a ground rule double, lots of doubles hit, some confusion but you save your outfields for Sunday avoiding all the running and chasing balls.

For senior softball Vietnam Vets and Barelas Railroad would work fine after some proper grooming. Lots of parking but no concessions at either park. Porta potties at Vietnam vets fields.

The National Senior Games were held at the Regional Complex a few years ago. Temporary fences on all diamonds. It was awesome.

Bones-Bullhead park 280 fences. Martineztown is 1 field in a neighborhood. Vietnam Vets is 2 fields, Barelas is 3 fields, Tingley is 2 and one field is too close to the neighborhood. Well spread out over the city. Los Altos is redone now and 5 fields way on the East side, and way on the West side is the new Regional sports complex. Glad to see a Senior Tourney in Albuquerque.
