They are NOT qualifiers. SSUSA roster restrictions do not apply", what is the clear differences between the two? (1)What does "sanctioned" actually mean? (2)Are the Rec Tourneys recorded/tracked in a teams' database? (3)How does (can) a Rec Tourney "graduate" to a qualifier? |
