But that's generally irrelevant because, IF GRANTED, the player must complete the 120-day "waiting period" before he may play at the new rating level ... That 120-day period begins on the date his appeal is received by SSUSA (not the day it may be granted) ... If you're getting close to that 120-day number, please call the SSUSA office at (916) 326.5303 and ask for the eligibility department ... Good luck! |
