We won't make any potential rules changes until the National Rules Committee meets, either in person or by "Zoom-type" virtual sessions ... At the moment, that exception is still available for the 45 eligible states that are NOT Arizona, California, Hawaii, Oregon or Nevada ... I'm just one vote of 13, but I'm not hearing any "noise" that would indicate any momentum for change this year ... |
