bracket of 10-19 teams top 10% are moved
so why is the third place team being moved

Champions bumped for 1 years (no appeal). Second and third place bumped for 1 year (appeal after
June 15).

Champion and Runner moved up automatically by formula ... Third place is a subjective move and very common in a 20-team division ... Texas Rattlers are a very good ball club and you'll do just fine ... Rick always has you guys ready and competitive ...
