All teams calling one person is ok for a small tournament but wouldn't it be easy enough to take a picture of the updated bracket with new times for each division and post them.

The bracket that was out of the board during the tournament was never updated from the original one which had errors on it.

Everyone knows how to use a phone and look up things, let's get with the times. We are not in the 50's anymore.
