| Aug. 12, 2022 SSUSA Staff 3489 posts | SSUSA's COVID ENTRY FEE REFUND POLICY SSUSA does not issue COVID-based entry fee refunds once a tournament schedule has been completed (typically 7-10 days in advance) because everyone has had a chance to obtain vaccination, which removes the quarantine requirement if you are asymptomatic and/or were only a “close contact”. If your player(s) decide not to take advantage of the vaccine’s protections, we are sorry there will not be a refund. We did not give those refunds pre-COVID once the schedule was completed. The official current guidance for a vaccinated asymptomatic person is that they are presumed to be not infected. Close contacts who are vaccinated are also presumed to be not infected. Thank you.
