Office Open??
Trying to register for Western Nationals. Does anyone know if the office is open? I have called multiple times today and no one answers or returns voicemails. Thanks.

Interesting ... I got here at 7:20 this morning and wasn't the first one in the door and am still here and I'm not alone, several others are still here, too ... Phones are on from 9:00 AM through 4:00 PM again tomorrow ... I'll make a note on your team page that you want in ...

Whoa people.... Whoa! I've seen a few of the emails that have been sent to the office in the last 24 hours. I've also received a few texts and calls from people who feel they aren't being served quickly enough. It's really not necessary and not acceptable.

The registration period for Easterns & Westerns closed yesterday but it was open for 6 months prior. Planning, and two minutes of the manager's time at any point in those 6 months would have eliminated today's emergency. When communicating with the staff, keep in mind that they aren't just focusing on the Eastern & Western nationals today. There are 7 other tournaments that begin in the next week and each has its own issues.

The folks on the other end of the line aren't our servants or our punching bags. They are people, and they are doing the best they can to handle a huge rush of work. There are 6 people handling the urgent wants and needs for about 400 teams right now. The pipeline is full but everyone will get taken care of. I have 3 simple requests-

1) Be patient.
2) Be kind.
3) Find the lesson.
>>>> Register early for the next tournament.
>>>> Don't wait until the last minute to square away your roster.

Have a good day folks!
