Dec. 17, 2021 IDon'tKnow 3rdBase Men's 65 27 posts | Roster Eligibility I can't find the rules on roster eligibility on the website. Are we back to the rosters for 70 or younger teams must consist of players from the resident state and adjacent states only? Does the resident state have to be where the manager resides? Does the adjacent state rule apply for California teams. thanks, |

If any additional questions, best to call the Sacramento Home Office at (916) 326.5303 during normal business hours in the Pacific time zone and ask for an eligibility specialist ... • Your roster may have two (2) players from your side of the Mississippi River that are NOT from your state or bordering states so long as they are otherwise eligible as to age and previous player/team rating history (see also the answer to your third question below) • The "home state" of a team is the state where a majority (or plurality if no majority) of players reside ... The Manager's state of residence is a part of that calculation, but otherwise has no additional relevance or weight • Teams from five states are not permitted to add the two "extra" players as described in our first answer above ... Those states are: AZ, CA, HI, OR and NV because they are high player density player populations (California and it's four "bordering states") NOTE: The Sacramento Home Office will be closed for Winter Break from 5:00 PM on Friday evening, December 17th, until 9:00 AM on Monday morning, January 3rd ...
