Discussion: Bracket Updates
Why is so difficult update the brackets daily so that we can follow what's going on and who the next opponent is. There are generally 3-4 directors sitting around usually 3-4 tournament directors sitting in their lawn chairs discussing dinner plans. Seems like one of them could update the brackets on line.
Right, you would think they could have a tablet/ laptop open and just type the scores in as the games finish (just like writing them in on the bracket board) with technology these days there has to be a way
Not difficult at all, fellas! ... Just the combination of [1] my day having only 24 hours [2] my proprietary custom scoring system ... [3] one copy of that system (on my computer) ... [4] my field director days this session averaging 15 hours ... and [5] other directors having varying efficiencies in getting their scores called in to me for processing ... Check back from time to time to see how we're doing ...
You know things are returning to normal now that people are complaining about scores not being posted and SSUSA justifying it. I sure have missed that. Welcome back everybody!!!! Now I just need somebody to tell me they dont play tournaments to win T-shirts and/or their garage is filled with boxes of them then I know we have conquered COVID. You got it nailed, Jim ... People are enthused ... Attendance at both the Spring Worlds (Mesquite/St. George) and Southwest are new event records, largely because of the pent up demand that comes from missing essentially all of last Season ... There's an obvious enthusiasm here that's fun to see ... Play safely and have fun everyone!

Music City tourney is over . Nothing on the brackets on SSUSA site . They need " Quickscores " . People back home can keep up with their favorite teams almost immediately . 2 hours .
