| Feb. 2, 2021 sdc 34 posts | St George and Vegas I didn't realize that the Spring Worlds and the Southwest tourney were only 2 weeks apart. Money wise and trying to get time off if they work could be tough for some teams having to book 2 trips at one time. Not complaining but for a team like ours we will have to choose which one we go to. I know USSSA has to take what time they can. Too bad it didn't work out this year we were looking forward to playing both |
| Feb. 2, 2021 TimMcElroy 942 posts | Just a guess on my part, but I think the NFL draft is being held in Las Vegas during SSUSA's normal Southwest Championship dates. If that is the case, I'm sure that room rates and many other things in Vegas will be inflated that week. |
