I'm trying to fill out our 2021 roster, theirs a page that says I need to pay $40 for insurance fee, is this right? then will let me proceed. waiting for response, thank you

The $40 is for your "Annual Team Registration" (not insurance) ... When that is paid, it unlocks your roster for you to edit it for the 2021 Season ...
