Are the baseball fields adjacent to the softball fields available for BP before games?? Asking for a friend lol

NO they're not ... In fact most (if not all) of them have been removed since the Oakland A's no longer do Spring Training at that site ... There MAY be one diamond left, but it will be locked and unavailable ... Take a look at Google Earth® to see the changes ...

Thanks Dave, I looked at Google earth and the City of Phoenix website, 2 totally different outcomes :(

Pierce Park has a lot of open space. Located about a half mile north of McDowell Rd on 46th St.

Curry road just west of scottsdale road has a filed that nobody I ever uses. Probably less than 10 mins away from Papago.

Tad ... NOPE on the Soccer Complex at Rose Mofford, and that prohibition has been aggressively enforced in the past ... There is a two field complex (Cortez Park) at the NE corner of 35th Ave. @ W. Dunlap Rd., which is less than 1½ miles from Rose Mofford ... There are two more fields (Cave Creek Park/Cholla) at the SW corner of W. Cholla St. @ 25th Avenue ... This park is about 1½ north of R. Mofford ...
