additions to roster
Team A and Team B both enter a TOC tourney in the same age group. Both teams are on the schedule to play. Team A withdraws the day of the tourney. Can players from Team A simply be allowed to add their names to Team B and play in the Tourney without a signed release from Team A?

If the Team "A" players are NOT in the same age division as Team "B", YES they may join up if they are otherwise eligible as to age, residency and player experience history ... If both Team "A" and "B" are in the same age group, the players will need to be released from Team "A" before the first game of the tournament for Team "B" participation ... NOTE: The "age" distinction is with respect to the players themselves, and not the age group(s) of the teams ...
