Any teams moving up after the Winter Nationals in Ft. Myers? In the 70's, two teams were undefeated in their divisions. One team won their division by an average of 9.8 runs and another team won their division by an average of 10.00 runs per game. Seems like some movement would be warranted.

Yes ... The National Ratings Committee has prepared their recommendations on preliminary rating changes and tentative decisions on submitted appeals ... Those findings have been circulated to the members of the Ratings Advisory Committee for comment and are due back by the close of business on 12/13/19 ... They will be reviewed one final time and the changes will occur probably within a week or so ...

That said the Winter Nationals is not auto "move up" Tournament. Correct?
