75 Roster
We are trying to put together a 75 team for 2020. Rule 13.2(4) B. (1) states that Men's 75 age division teams may draw up to five underage players all of whom must be 74 year olds. Do they have to be 74 or as long as they are 74 during the calendar year. We want to confirm this rule before we put our roster together.

My understanding of the rule is they must turn 74 during the calendar year. In this case, 2020. In addition, you may now draw players either east or west of the Mississippi river, depending where your team is located. The state bordering rule is relaxed somewhat for this age group.
