May 9, 2019 TimMcElroy 942 posts | PLANNING for The Crabtown Classic The Crabtown Classic is approaching a sellout situation. Please contact me (or SSUSA) right away if your team is planning to attend. We can pick up additional fields but they won't be terribly close to the Bachman Complex. This decision must be made soon so don't delay. The men's 60, 65, 70 and 75 divisions will begin on Friday (please prepare your team for this). The men's 40, 50, 55 and women's divisions will begin on Saturday. WOMEN'S TEAMS- A few of you have reached out asking questions about the tournament and have loosely suggested that you plan on getting in and that teams x, y & z are probably getting in, too. At this time no women's teams have actually registered or paid. I am going to say this as plainly as I can- If you want to play you will need to commit very quickly. SCHEDULING- If your team (men or women) is entering The Crabtown Classic, please know that I am NOT accepting any special requests for start times. I am NOT accepting any requests for a 1-day tournament and I am NOT accepting any requests for early finishes on Sunday to help with drive times or flights. All teams should be ready to play when scheduled. This could include a 8;00am start times and late afternoon championship games. Regards, Tim McElroy PotomacSports1@gmail.com |

May 10, 2019 TimMcElroy 942 posts | SSUSA's policy is to not post team names until hitting the registration deadline. I will post a list for all age groups on deadline day (May 17). I can tell you that numbers for S1 are double what we had last year. Tim |
