titanhd ... The respective Rating Index (R/I) numbers are 50-M = 8, 60-M+ = 7 and 55-AAA = 6 ... So to answer your questions relative to the 55-AAA (R/I=6) "targeted" roster ...

• 50-M (R/I=8) is NO ... May only play down one R/I value ...
• 60-M+ (R/I=7) is MAYBE, but only as one of the allowed three (3) out of rating exceptions ...

Hope this helps ... If not, please call Sacramento at (916) 326.5303 for additional clarification involving specific player(s) and/or team(s) ...

the car ... Many times it DOES depend on who you are! ... The general answer provided above is completely accurate for a pure rating-based analysis ... However, frequently many (purported) experts here have no idea if a player with otherwise disqualifying rating history may have been granted a medical exemption, for example, or the team he formerly played with may have been down-rated ... That's why we suggest calling it in on an identifiable basis, which is the "who you are" component, including the player(s) and the team(s) so that the actual facts may be evaluated ... We are reminded on an almost daily basis that factual accuracy is not a requirement for random anonymous posting activity (like yours) here! ...

The Car, I hope you did not quit for a few years thinking you would have a new rating once you came back. You will have the exact same rating when you stopped playing once you come back. I’m not trying to deliver bad news, I’m only trying to be helpful and let you know what the rule is regarding the ratings rule is when a player takes time off from playing.

Best of luck to you ,

hello, Dave. Just curious. Where do i go, or look, to find this rating index that you speak of? Is it in the rule book or is there somewhere else i can find it?
