It's tough to break into the cliques.

Agree to that. I been trying for to long to get in a local team but is so hard. A team asked me once to go to Reno (because they didn't have enough players). After that, they never asked me again.
I live in Arizona and seriously thinking on putting my own team. Will see. Good Luck!
