| Nov. 15, 2018 hitnrun5 Men's 70 72 posts | Softball family member needs our help I'm reaching out to the softball community to help a former teammate of mine in need. Rod Grubb's wife Mary contracted West Nile Virus over the summer and was put on life support. Although she was able to recover from that she suffered a massive stroke and now requires 24 hour care. Rod is self employed and unable to work as he takes care of Mary. Rod has always been the first to help someone in need and now he needs our help. My wife and I have set up a go fund me account to help with the mounting medical bills, mortgage and general needs. Please pass this on to anyone that may be able to help, if not financially, then in prayer. | Nov. 27, 2018 hitnrun5 Men's 70 72 posts | Update on Rod's wife. She is still unable to stand or walk and has lost her short term memory. I want to reach out to those that have sent thoughts and prayers to Mary and to those that have donated. We have yet to meet our goal in helping Rod and Mary.
