Major +++
Now that Timberworks Construction has run the table, just as Venom has done, will Timberworks now be a Major +++ team? Why hasn’t Venom been rated 70 Major ++? Venom has dominated for the last 2 years! In the Eastern Nationals they run ruled the 65 Major + team! Let’s implement the 555 rule! Timberworks & Venom must spot every team they play, 5 runs a game & let the opposing teams use 5 infielders & 5 outfielders. If some of their competition still has objections, let’s give them all participation trophies.
Kidding aside, Major + is the pinnacle in every division. If you can’t compete, work hard & get better! Timberworks is a great sponsor. They don’t pay their players, nor pay for any type of travel expenses.
Let’s leave Major + as the pinnacle & not penalize them, or Venom or even JK. Maybe there should be a professional division for certain teams that pay their players!
These are just the ramblings of a casual observer.

Let’s welcome Venom to Major ++. I know this won’t please the Florida Boys. I’m sure we’ll hear more about it after the Senior Convention.

I am amazed that there wasn’t even 1 response to my earlier thread.

Here’s one for you. Who will these Major Plus teams, timberworks and Venom, play this coming year? They have monopolized the top players and teams are trying to get out of the top rating or are going to fold.

SSUSA. You need to clean up your rating list, especially the Major Plus. There are teams listed that have not played for the last year or two. When you do that there are very few M+ teams listed.

To those who were not at our field in Las Vegas Worlds. Venom was pushed by two major+ CA teams. Our team was behind in 2 games and won each by 1 run! This was not domination as some think! It was great competition! We won many tournaments last year because we're the Only 70s major+ team, but our record was 6-3.. Major+ is where we belong and will have the best chance to have good competition. Every year players get older and new ones come up. We'll see what happens this year in Major+.
Stop thinking about a new bracket and let the games be played.

Mark, why don't we give participation trophies too! Jesus, if you can't beat the best in the top division you don't need to be a world champ... if you get 5 runs and don't beat that team by 6 runs.. you really never won IMO... Major plus is not for wimps.. so when people complain (AKA Bitch and CRY) over Major +++ crap, I think it's a Joke in the first place that any Major + team needs to give up runs or extra player to the other team.. Put your Big boy pants and play straight up.. The team you play will respect you more!

Agree "swing", well voiced.
On the other hand though, as Yankee fan, maybe the Bosox will be giving us 5 runs per game in 2019; the Sox were hands down better than all the rest of MBL, so a gift of runs should even the playing field!

Curveball, I think the Yanks might also need the extra defensive player, too. LOL

LOL Webbie, you are probably correct! 5 runs for skill level and the extra defensive player for age difference.
Have a blessed Thanksgiving week all.
