Dudley Lift 12" Snior Bat
Would like inputs and first impressions regarding the new Dudley Lift 12 inch senior softball bat.
Early reviews are not favorable. As a long time fan of this bat I find that incredible because of its proven past performance . Thanks in advance.

Best senior bat I have used. It's hot right out of the wrapper.

No such thing as "hot out of the wrapper", geez, I don't get that logic. Senior bats need breaking in just like any other carbon fiber stick. 150-200 cuts off a tee rotating the barrell and your good to go. Can we please stop saying that?
It's annoying, lol.

I got carried away on my rant and forgot to mention I hit with my 2018 12" 28oz Dudley Lift End Load today for the first time. My two other original's finally gave way after 3 years of reliable pop. I'm gonna miss you guys, thanks for the memories. Removed the wrapper and hit around 100 pitches today, bat feels solid, a bit stiff but feels the same as my older 12" Dudley's did the first time out. For some reason my new one did not have the grip spin technology as advertised on the bat. The newer glossy paint job might be the culprit. It's gonna be good one I think. Just need more hacks on it.

Bigboza, I agree with you, seems every new bat reviewed is the best ever till the next shinny new paint job comes out. At the end of the day 1.21 is what it is.

Thank you for stating "need to put swings to break in" I am often asked what is the best senior bat out there, my reply is simple, the one in your hand. The old saying still applies it's not the arrow it's the indian.

my 2 cents.

Have hit the new 12” Dudley a few times. The bat probably has 250-300 cuts on it. The guys I hit with, a 50M player and a 60MP player, both agree with me, this bat isn’t as good as the original or the Blue 12” Dudley. The bat feels really stif. That said, maybe this bat needs more swings to wake up. Both other models were ready after 200 though.
