| July 18, 2017 ricwood69 Men's 40 4 posts | Couple of Questions about Winter Championships I am interested in bringing my team, King's Men to the event in Phoenix in November. This will be our first tournament in SSUSA, other than senior cards, are there any other requirements to play in this tournament. Also since we are a new team, which division would we start in, AAA? Please call the Sacramento Home Office at (916) 326.5303 during business hours on the Left Coast and someone will walk you through the (relatively simple) process ... As for the "new" team question, your player profile indicates you may be a 40-Masters team ... As a completely "new" team, your initial rating would be 40-Major, which is the middle of the three ratings in that age group (Major+ and AAA being the other two) ... If your roster is comprised of players who have played SSUSA previously, their individual and collective rating experience history could have an impact, either way, on your team's initial rating level ... The Phoenix event has been very well attended in the 40-Masters Division (both men and women) and is one we would encourage you to try! ... Welcome to the fray and good luck! ... |
