Trump Stote Balls
Having played on teams over the years that hit a lot of home runs I have notice this year the lack there of. I know one problem is that we are now 65 and over. But I am starting to believe that bats made today may have an effect. The other thought is the ball that is used, The Trump Stote. I look at one yesterday and it was stamped made in China. Anyone have any ideas? Please do not put a political spin on this.

Local, it is not the balls. We played recently in Reno with temps in the low to mid 80's on one of the days and the ball was performing very well. There was some balls being every but as far as the Baden Fire that we use in NCSSA. todays bats are every bit as hot as they were years ( 10 ) ago.

I think it has more to do with age. You mentioned your now playing 65 and over. I will turn 60 this year and have noticed a fairly significant difference from when i first started playing 10 years ago. Hang in there my friend, these bats and balls are extremely good. With some luck in another 5 years, i will be playing 65 and over like you are now. We are blessed to still be playing this game !
