| July 10 Goater 69 posts | I play senior ball in the SF Bay Area ... two leagues and a pickup BP each week. I'm 70 years old. We will be vacationing in San Diego in mid August and I don't like to miss an entire week. Are there any senior drop in BP sessions going on in SD? Ideal would be near Ocean Beach where we are staying. I've noticed fields on the way into OB in the past. |
| July 11 DOLFAN 92 posts | Goater, We have a group of guys that get together every Sunday at 8:30 am. We take some BP then split up and play a Double Header from 9-11:45 am. Each team uses its own pitcher (3 pitches) with a screen protector. The group has been playing this for over 30 years. The ages range from 25 to 60 year olds. We also use senior bats.
