| March 26, 2016 Perl 212 posts | Miken U2 Black Maxload Just got a U2 Black Maxload and have approximately 50 swings on it. The handle has a rattle, sounds like the metal rod is loose. Anybody else noticed this with this type bat? |
| March 26, 2016 Lefty Men's 75 721 posts | Kenny R on our team has a Miken U2 Blk Balance doing the same thing. I've got a Maxload and I have know problems with it yet. Although one of my Big Cats died last Sunday with 450 swings. I can live with that. Maybe they will replace your Maxload. See you in Vally. |

| March 26, 2016 Perl 212 posts | Gorilla Boy Mike, have you heard much about the noise in the handle on the U2 Black bats. A bunch of us got these in Montgomery recently in a group deal. Not sure if it affects the bats performance but it sounds terrible. I've heard this sound before but not in a brand new bat.i believe the bat is defected. Your thoughts |

| March 27, 2016 hitman Men's 70 339 posts | Gorilla Boy, I returned a Miken Ultra Black Balanced to Miken on Monday for review and warranty with the exact same symptoms as Perl is talking about, rattle in the handle and poor performance although it had very few swings on it and not even a mark on the barrel but sounded bad hitting and just dropping to ground. Grabbing the barrel and tapping the handle to rug was really bad. Just FYI, I have an RA# if needed. Thanks, the Hitman#13 |
