2015 Softball Magazine Senior Camp
I enjoyed the 70 degree temps in Cocoa Beach but not the 25-30mph winds.
Thanks to Jim Ramsey for heading it up, Davey Reed & Bobby Davis from Dudley, Ken van Bogaert (Bogie)and Steve Imlay from Sports Technique, Dennis Turner from TPS, Mike Cornell from Miken, Bobby Nifong Bill Anderson and Kenny Hart from Combat and Harry, the sports fitness guy. They all helped to make the inaugural event a huge success. I hope I didn't miss anyone.

I left with a Hyper Z, bat bag and two tee shirts!

You hit the ball out of the park with that post. A great time to learn and practice new skills over the off season. The instructors spent a great deal of time with everyone and never failed to help or answer questions.

The main reason I decided to attend the Senior Camp was that Bogie and Steve Imlay would be instructing. I was not disappointed as both guys were available full time for all 3 days. Although I have a lot of work to do, I now have tips on how to improve my swing the "right" way...thanks Bogie and Steve.

Also would like to thank both Dennis Turner and Davey Reed. Both great guys. Looking for Davey's exercise band videos for softball players in January. Also left with the Hyper Z bat and bag...thanks Dennis.

It was a great time and amazing to see how hard the older (50 to 77) athletes worked on both offense, defense and health. Great work ethic and improvement. Kudos to softball magazine for running a first class event. thank you to Steve Imlay, Dennis Turner, Bruce Fairchild, and Victor Quinton for helping me with the presentations from Sportstechniques Swing makeover program. Also heard a ton of great comments from the campers on the help they received from all the instructors and Jim Ramsey and Harry..and all that Rusty47 mentioned. Truly a group effort. Congrats to Ron Mccoy for winning a stacked homerun field including Bruce Fairchild..and 68 year old Dennis Lynch for the basehit title...pitching in the wind was tough but part of the game. Softball Magazine has alot of new things already in the works for 2016! The bat swap at the end was fun chaos..haha.Bogie
