40+ in the midwest
Looking for a 40+ team, I live in Michigan. Not sure of the rules so I thought I would post something to get some info.

To get on a team you have to be boardering there state.For you its wisconsin and indiana and I think Ohio. If you look in the ratings section you can see all the teams in the 40 division. There is one for you in wisconsin. The brew crew or something like that. Look them up and maybe theyll take you on. Good luck.

someone told me a couple weeks ago that senior teams are letting guys in their 40s play at the senior level any truth to that ?

In SSUSA sanctioned events, players in their 40's may play in our 40-Masters Division, but may not play in the official "senior softball" divisions, which begin at age 50+ ... We have no knowledge about what other associations may allow ...

In the 40 Maj Plus division, he can play on any Maj+ team west of the Mississippi. The border state rule is different for the Maj+ division.

Out of the 12 or so Maj+ teams in the 40's, all but 1 are in California.

Code red did you have any luck finding a team to play on.......... If no teams border your state are you just out of luck to play period. I also live in Michigan.
