Discussion: The New Artificial Intelligence Cap

Happy April Fools Day. Does the cap come in extra large ? It's also our Daughters Birthday, so we're used to coming up with good pranks.

Discussion: Huntsman

Injuries hit us hard last week. Need some help at the Huntsman games in St. George on our 65's team. Start play next Monday the 9th. If you're 65 and already playing on a 60's team, maybe consider double rosters. 60's and 65's play the same week. Catcher, Outfielder. Competitive team, but we keep everything in perspective. Discussion: Adding Players

We are a 65 Major team and are trying to field a team for Reno. We are short from our regular roster due to other travel plans. We are trying to add some 65 AAA players for one tournament only and they want to be able to go back to their regular team after Reno. SSUSA tells me we can only do this IF we have no more then 11 on our roster. We aren't trying to load up with a bunch of Major + players, we're just trying to get enough to go to a tournament. We're not at all comfortable going to a major event with only 11 as we play with 11. Can someone tell me if I have this correct and the reasoning behind it ? I hope I have something wrong about this. Thanks in advance. Dave Adams S.I. High Octane.

Discussion: Rare Opportunity !

Rare Opportunity to join the largest Senior Softball Club in the Country. The Colorado Scrap Iron High Octane 65 Major team is looking for a few good men. Due to injuries and surgeries we need and outfielder and infielder. 1st tournament is Spring Worlds in St. George and then we go to one each month. Competitive, spirited, supportive group of guys. I can take one more from West of the Mississippi. Text Dave at 303 944-3758

Discussion: Dont blame SSUSA for the ball problem.

D2 Does your reply mean you don't know which Tattoo ball we're using, or you're keeping it to yourself ? I've been trying to get information so my team can make an informed decision on whether to attend the Western's or not. I've been polite, respectful and accepted the answer I was given last week to "wait until the 6th and we'll have an answer on the ball being used" It's a very simple question, What is the model # of the Tattoo ball being used at the Western Nationals.
Thank You.

I have been told by the SSUSA office today that we would be using the Tattoo ball by AD Star at the Western Nationals. Can you please tell us which model # that is as there are several different
"Flavors" of Tattoos. Thanks in advance for providing this information.

Discussion: Any Update on The Stote?

As long as we're discussing options, can we just bring our own balls to the Western Nationals ? I have several dozen of the STOTE Trump Microcell 44/375 that I can bring for our use. I was told in Reno that all of the microcell 44/375 balls by Trump were the same ! My team is registered and paid for the Western Nationals, but my guys have doubts about coming if the same ball is used as was in Reno. Sacramento is going to be a very expensive event, so we want to make sure the product offered is the best it can be. I guess we're no being very patient, but we'd really like to know before the deadline. Thanks.

Discussion: Player Release ?

Did SSUSA relax the player release rules a little this last year. I'm thinking they allowed more than one move in a year. If so, are the relaxed rules still in place or have they reverted back to the original rules. Thanks.

Discussion: Vegas Worlds

Just a simply question. Now that the World's are a 3 day event instead of the 4 day originally planned, is the fee still going to be the same ? I don't care either way and I'm not starting a debate, I just want to know how much to write the check for. Thx.

Discussion: Tulsa Brackets ?

D.D. I didn't see any brackets online for the Missouri Open. Will the brackets for the Tulsa Oil City Classic be posted online on the tournament page ? I ask this as it is being run by the same T.D. Thanks.

Dave, in your first comment on this subject you refer to "equalizer-free" games. 11 against 10 would not be equal. I can only assume that the games in 65 Major will be truly "equalizer-free" and EVERYONE will play with 10 defensive players. I can't imagine doing it any differently.

John would be a GREAT addition to any team. He is all of what he claims to be ! Also hits with power and a very positive attitude. We'll miss him on our Saturday team, but I won't miss playing against him on Wednesdays. Good luck John. Dave
