After the posts my diabetes seems to be the the main cause. I will really need to watch my diet a lot better witch I have not been doing. I think that now that I have heard from fellow players it pointed out my diabetes is my main cause. Thanks a lot for the replies I really need to control my diet |

| Oct. 11, 2014 MichaelH386 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Help for those with Vertigo I have had vertigo, the first time I had it I was changing my oil on my car ,I was under the car to remove oil plug , I turned my head sharply, I thought I was having a heart attack, I started to sweat profusely, felt very very dizzy,I live out in the country so I called 911 and the ambulance took me to the hospital where the doctor had me lay on the bed and do some specific exercise, The doctor said I had Benign Positional Vertigo. Look it up on the internet for the exercise. |

I currently play in four leagues, I would like to play in the St Louis Open on Aug. 18 and 19. St Louis is where I grew up and lived for 33 years. I now live in Washington State, if any team touching WA. could use another player for the tournament I would like to join them.
