Wayne, i have started this already, i am one week into it. i have a blood test scheduled for april 13th. looking forward to seeing the results, hope it works.. Monday nights i will be playing with ED J. - dayball with ED J., TOURNAMENTS will be splitting time with texas legends 70's and harris auction 75's. hope my old body survives this year. the bases are looking further and further apart.. |

IT will not cure diabetes " but " may lower your levels . Article says you cut off the ends of the okra, cut into the side, drop 2-3 pcs into a glass of water, let it sit overnite, and drink the slimy concoction first thing in the morning.. Anybody try this ?? Worth a shot, okra is cheap.. according to a blood test i had done, i am told i am pre diabtic, so , i am going to try it, in addition to change my diet and back into the gym and lose a few lbs... any input would be appreciated, there are posting on the web about this stuff. SNOPES says it might be helpful.. i really need to find out if anybody had any success with this. thanks ! |

He is interested in hooking up with a local area senior softball team . he is interested in day ball, possible nite league, and also joining a tournament team for "some tournaments". BIO: He will be 74 in dec. has played AAA, major over the years with Texas Greyhounds, Texas Legends, Houston Wildcatters he hasn't played regularly for the last couple of years. plays 2nd base, short short, good arm, line drive hitter has a hell of a range @ 2nd base and SS. one of the fasted players in senior softball in spite of his age.. good team-mate . i told him i would put out some feelers in the miami area.. his computer is not set up yet. Buddy Hooper passed away sat. march 14th at 3:30 am . we, ( TEXAS LEGENDS 70'S ) just played in the Las Vegas masters this last sept, and 6 months later he is gone. HE went in for testing 2-3 months ago and that's when they found the cancer. no details about services are avail at this time, but will posted on here when avail. Buddy had a lot of friends in the senior softball community, and will be sorely missed. |
