The three critical words, "the last batter", are not subject to even the slightest amount of ambiguity and, accordingly, absolutely control the ITB situation. My question is understanding that the Last batter is out if injured and cannot run. When is the illegal by rule substituted runner out? Once he steps on the base? after a live ball appeal?After a pitch is thrown or the illegal runner moves up to 3rd base can he still be called out as being illegal? |

Playing with the youngers and forgetting one moment that I wasn't Playing a senior game. it almost scared the crap out of me when this young whippersnapper came sliding in at my feet! The only issue I have with the commitment line is that it is not always where it should be. Sometimes longer-sometimes shorter than the 30ft. The change to the written rule. Should read defensive player should be in contact with plate OR mat. currently reads "strike zone mat" |

This is what I found in a previous-similar posted question. Per this posted SSUSA response an entire 55M team could not play 60M due to players being rated higher unless less than 6 players. ug. 28, 2020 SSUSA Staff 3009 posts • If a team ages up, and regardless of their rating and how they got it, they keep the same rating from the younger level if there are six (6) or more players aging up with the team ... If five or less age up, the team's rating will be determined by the rating experience histories of the entire player group, including "new to the team" players on the successor roster ... May play ONE R/I less than HIGHEST R/I as one of three "out-of-rating" players allowed on that team's roster A team retains its rating unless it falls below 4 players from the original team. |

So in essence you would have an entire team composed of players rated as 7 which appears to be out of rating for 60M (6).It has always been said that player rating follow a player for 2 years and a team could field with only 3 out of rating Players. Per your statement ratings drop once you age up. |

I've seen hitters called out for being out of the box. I've been called out for being "out of the box" but, never seen a hitter called for unintentionally hitting the middle.(in or out of the box) I would say with some degree of certainty that more hitters are out of the box than within the box (lines) with no harm done nor intended. |
